The lugs on the diff lock could be rounded off semi-engaging the diff lock which would cause a knocking noise that is even and in cadence and rhythm to tractor speed. There was an issue with the brakes being misadjusted causing it to not fully release after use. Other than those two, Ive got no other thoughts right now.
